Work-Life Balance

In our last English lesson we were talking about a healthy work-life-balance. We learnd that erveryone has other things how he/she reduce stress.
So I'd like to tell you about my lifestyle and how I deal with stress.

For me these things are the most important to avoid stress:

  • A relaxing holiday before returning to school in autumn is very important for me because it gives me new strength.
  • Sleeping at least nine hours a day is essential, especially when I have a long school day with nine hours the next day.
  • Playing volleyball keeps me fit.

There is also another thing for me to reduce stress a bit: I listen to music.

My Timetable

I have been to the business college for a month now. My favourite day is thursday. The bad thing is that I have school till 3 p.m. The first lesson is Religions. The next is French. The third lesson is German and than is geography. The fifth lesson is a break. Than one lesson English and after that lesson I have two lessons Sports. French, English and Religions are my favourite subjects.
